"I am an experienced backcountry and photographic explorer. I grew up in Newark, California, and I’m strongly influenced by my grandfather, the photographer Lee Blodgett, and by the high mountains of the Sierra Nevada range. My photography features wilderness areas of the western United States and captures the light, scenery and intimate beauty that many others never get to see. I walk with my camera and I just see things; I see things that others often do not notice.
